A quaint two up two down home in the quiet village of Burneside off a private road overlooking the village church, there are two private car parking spaces with a small open garden to the front.
On the ground floor there is a pleasant entrance hall off the hallway is a compact kitchen with all the home comforts and everything you would expect in your own kitchen. There is a large gas cooker, microwave, slow cooker, George Foreman, toaster and a washer / dryer available to use.
The remainder of the ground floor is taken up by a spacious lounge / dining room. The space is shared by a comfortable reclining leather chair and settee, a flat screen TV, DVD, video and surround sound system. There is also a well stocked book shelf to keep you entertained.
The circular dining table seats four people comfortably for a friendly meal time or should you wish on a summers day you have the option of making your way through the french doors to the decked rear garden to dine at the outside. This rear garden overlooks the church and there is a small garden shed which there is space enough to store bikes etc.
The upstairs of the property has two spacious bedrooms, one consisting of a king size bed, a wardrobe and draw set and the second consisting of two single beds (which can easily be pushed together to create a super kingsize) a set of draws and a wardrobe.
There is a family bathroom with a white suite with a shower standing over the bath.
The house is double glazed with gas central heating, limitless hot water can be provided from the combi boiler.
